This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO THE FIVE (5) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY.
