- This notice is prepared in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.207 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island ACC-RI) and the Project Manager, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (PM AESIP) intend to execute a Contract W52P1J-14-C-0063 to perform final data migration services for F5 Networks and Cisco brand servers and switches utilizing World Wide Technologies Inc., as the subject matter expert (SME) to perform the services. This support for data migration services for F5 Networks and Cisco Brand Switches will support PM AESIP, PM General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and Product Manager, Global Combat Support System - Army (PdM GCSS-Army). PM AESIP is requesting implementation of professional SME services to support the final stages of design and deployment of a new architecture. Period of Performance: Seven (7) months from award. Set Aside: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, under the authority of the Competition in Contracting Act, 41 U.S.C. 2304 (d)(1)(B). The contracting officer determined there was not a reasonable expectation of obtaining offers from two or more responsible small business concerns; and therefore the small business set aside is dissolved. This requirement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will include FAR Clause 52.225-5, Trade Agreements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Anticipated award date: August 27, 2014
