- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of performing evaluation and repair of existing Lindgren Auto Seal I in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) suite. The contractor shall provide all personnel, parts, labor, materials, professional expertise, vehicles, tools, services, equipment, travel, expenses, lodging and quality control to perform an evaluation and repair of existing Lindgren Auto Seal I of the MRI Lindgren Auto Seal I. Scheduling of work to be performed at the convenience of VA to accommodate patient care with the least disruption possible. This may require services after normal business hours or weekends. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure all work shall be done in a manner that safeguards all VA visitors, employees, and public. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any and all actions initiated and/or completed by his/her employees. Furthermore, the contractor and his/her employees shall have a clear understanding of, and be sensitive to, such environmental issues as ground water contamination, wetlands, etc., and be consistent and fully compliant with all applicable Federal, State, County and City laws, ordinances, Right-to-Know laws, EPA guidelines, and regulations. Matters related to safety, and any actions of the Contractor shall meet all safety requirements, Department of Veterans Affairs, OSHA, and the State. It is incumbent upon the Contractor to be familiar with these requirements. All hazardous materials shall be handled, stored and used in accordance with applicable NFPA, OSHA, and EPA standards appropriate for each material. An inventory of hazardous materials will be completed quarterly and a copy will be available on site. Current Material Safety Data Sheets will be kept on hand for all materials. The location for these services is as follows: Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS), 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO. 80220. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code utilized for this inquiry is: 811219. The information submitted shall contain the company's business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged.
