Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical, electronics, and piping work on USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7). Solicitation will be available on or about 04 SEP 2014. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Market research was conducted from 24 JULY - 08 AUG 14 and this solicitation will not be able to be set aside for Small Business. The Small Business Representative provided concurrence on 08 AUG 14. The solicitation is full and open and is being extended to offerors in the Jacksonville FL area.
