- This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside Request For Proposal (RFP). Proposals are due electronically by 4 September 2014, 11:00 am EST to Kathleen.m.hines8.civ@mail.mil Include CAGE and DUNS CODE and Federal Tax ID numbers in all Proposals. The RFP is for a firm fixed priced contract. The New Jersey Army National Guard requests a Proposal to install Government owned Audio Visual Equipment in two separate rooms. The attached RFP contains the statement of work and itemized list of Government equipment to be installed. The NAICs Code is 238210. There is a non-mandatory site visit schedule for Thursday 14 August 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The address is New Jersey Army National Guard, 131 Eggert Crossing Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey 08648. Any contractors wishing to attend must provide a list of attendee names to Kathleen.m.hines8.civ@mail.mil by 2:00 p.m. 13 Aug 14 Technically acceptable lowest Price is the deciding factor.
