The documents include the Draft Request for Proposal (including the pricing matrix) and are posted to obtain industry feedback. Please provide any unclassified written comments, questions or concerns regarding the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) Contractor Logistics Support program to the Contracting Officer at e-mail address: Shirley.harmon.1@us.af.mil or Edward Adams at Edward.Adams@us.af.mil by Tuesday, 2 September 2014. Please note that a proposal is NOT requested at this time and will NOT be accepted. This request does not obligate the Government in any contractual award. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is strictly voluntary. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses. **************SITE SURVEY********************* U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) Contractor Logistics Support will conduct a Site Visit on 17 September 2014 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 18 September 2014 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Conference will be held on base in Bldg 9208 Talon Dr., Colorado Springs, CO. 80840 phone number 719-333-2036. The purpose of the event is to provide information and familiarization of the location, facilities and general knowledge of the USAFA aircraft fleet support program, inform industry of program requirements as stated in the draft Request For Proposal (RFP), competition timelines, and to provide a question & answer opportunity. All questions at the site visit will be required to be in writing. Question forms will be provided at the conference. The questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps after the conference. Information being presented at the event as well as directions to the facility will be made available to offerors via FedBizOpps. This site visit will be conducted on a military installation and the rules and regulations of the facility must be adhered to completely. All visitors may be subject to background checks. Interested parties should respond on or before 2 September 2014 to the Procuring Contracting Officer, Shirley Harmon, via email Shirley.Harmon.1@us.af.mil and Edward.Adams@us.af.mil with the below information for attendees. Late registration and "walk-in" requests will NOT be permitted. All attendees must be US citizens. All attendees must present a CURRENT photo ID (driver's license, military ID, company ID or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Registration Form below to gain entry into the event. Entry will NOT be granted without a valid photo ID. In the event a driver's license is not available a state ID may be used. A technical library will be made available for those wishing to review technical data. Please let the PCO know if you require access to the technical library and what data you would like to review. If required, t he PCO will schedule a time for you to visit the technical library and inform you of your day/time after receipt of the registration form. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE INFORMATION: At the present time, the Government plans to hold a one or two-day pre-proposal conference at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma within a week or two after the final solicitation is posted. The date is To Be Determined at this time. A notice will be posted to this site (FBO) as soon as the date, time and location is firm.
