- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13 and FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N40192-14-T-4950. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-76 and DFARS Change Notice 20140731. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at http://acquisition.gov/far/. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Small Business Standard is $10.0M. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas (NAVFACMAR) Contracting Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing training on FIRE OFFICER 1 and FIRE INSPECTOR 1 courses in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work (SOW). Item Description: Training Courses - FIRE OFFICER 1 and FIRE INSPECTOR 1, according to NFPA standards for up to (24) students per course.
