- Request for Quotes - Schmid (or equal) Triple French Horn Scott AFB, IL is seeking quotes for the Engelbert Schmid Triple French Horn or an equal substitution. Equal substitutions must be forwarded to the primary point of contact (POC) for this listing with specifications and comparisons to be evaluated for acceptability. Vendors quoting are asked to complete, at a minimum, the attached request for quote (RFQ) form. Additional documentation may be provided (i.e. personal quote format, pictures, specs, etc.), but the RFQ form must be returned completely filled. Questions regarding the specifications provided on the RFQ are to be in writing and directed to Sylvester Nzekwe, sylvester.nzekwe@us.af.mil NLT 13 Aug 14 to guarantee responses.
