- SOURCES SOUGHT The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Maintenance Renewal in support of the Directorate of Emergency Services/Police Department at the Presidio of Monterey. The purpose of this Sources Sought notification is to conduct market research to gather information in determining if interested and responsible sources are available to meet the requirements of this procurement. In no way should this Sources Sought be construed to be a Request for Quote or a Request for Proposal. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511, which has corresponding Size Standard of $27.5 Million. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your business status. The request for Computer-Aided Dispatch Service includes: - Software and hardware maintenance services and helpdesk services for the system identified as quote mark InterAct Public Safety Auto CAD system, Geographic Information System (GIS), Automatic Vehicle Location System (AVL), and Mobile Data Computing Software and Hardware. quote mark - Telephone support, commercially reasonably efforts to correct errors necessary to keep the Software in substantial conformance with the applicable documentation, and any updated, release versions of the Software provided vided by InterAct to its general customer base subscribing to Software Maintenance. Error levels are identified as a) Severity 1 - Critical; b) Severity 2 - Serious; and c) Severity 3 -Minor. - Equipment Maintenance which will consist of telephone support to diagnose any Equipment failure to determine if such failure results from a manufacturing defect; and coordination between Customer and such Equipment manufacturer to obtain any repair or replacement services for such defect as may provided by such manufacturer. - Technical support, in which customer will have access to InterAct's technical support personnel ( quote mark Technical Support quote mark ) twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Support also provides a single entry point of contact that routes requests/problems to the appropriate Technical Support. Responses must be received No Later Than (NLT) Friday, 15 August 2014 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) to Contract Specialist, Sylvia N. Gomer, at sylvia.n.gomer.civ@mail.mil.
