- Synopsis Description The US Agency for International Development (USAID) Zambia intends to negotiate a hybrid contract, cost plus incentive fee (CPIF) and indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for fixed price awards, for the project entitled “Improving Prevention and Adherence to Care and Support project (IMPACT). In furtherance of the USAID/Zambia health initiatives the project will improve health-seeking behaviors in HIV/AIDS, malaria, MCH, nutrition, and FP by individuals, families, and communities. Additionally, by the end of Project Year 5, IMPACT’s capacity- building and SBCC initiatives will have resulted in improved health outcomes through effective SBCC, led and coordinated by the Zambian government, and implemented through Zambian partners. The IMPACT project was previously named Health Communications Support Project (HCSP), and solicitation materials were posted on FedbizOpps ( www.fbo.gov ) under: Behavior Change Communication Capacity Building and Implementation (AID-611-SBCC_Innovations) on May 5, 2014 and June 24, 2014; SBCC – Innovations (AID-611-SBCC_Innovations) on October 30, 2013 and November 22, 2013.
