Ashli Butrico Email: Lauren.Butrico@dla.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement establishes the solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SPM4A8-14-Q-0036 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is notice of the Government's intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.2, full and open competition after exclusion of sources and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 48 CFR 12.603. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requiring the product(s) to be domestically manufactured by a small business. Performance period/completion date is 10 weeks after receipt of order. FOB Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Destination is Eglin AFB, FL 32542. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract. The award shall be based on technically acceptable, lowest offer. Description of requirements: Line Item 0001 (1 EA); On Site Model# NFS-3-T, PSA Nitrogen Filling Station to include: • Produces up to 15 SCFH at a purity of 99%. • Filling station mounted on Mobile unit with integrated compressor and integrated booster compressor. • Size: 26" x 26" x 62", Weight 600 lbs. • Electrics: 110 Volts/ 60 Hz / 1 phase • Outlet pressure: 2200 PSIG for cylinder filling. • Air supplied to the generator is between 100°F / 5°C or below. • Fully automatic with pressure switch. Pre-filters and pressure regulator. • Nitorgen receiving/storage tank includes relief valve, ball valves, gauges and pressure regulator. • 3.5" touch screen control with integrated oxygen analyzer. Line Item 0002 (1 EA); 5 cylinder filling manifold with pigtails. Line Item 0003 (5 EA); 5 T cylinders (300 cubic feet) empty. Line Item 0004 (1 Lot); Shipping.
