Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VAMC (RLRVAMC) has a requirement for grounds maintenance to include snow removal and lawn care at two locations - the West 10th Street (WTS) facility at 1481 W 10th Street Indianapolis IN 46201 and the Cold Springs Road (CSR) facility at 2669 Cold Springs Road, Indianapolis, IN 46201. This shall be an all-inclusive contract, with award to one contractor capable of providing both snow removal and lawn care. Contract shall be for a Base period beginning from date of contract award through September 30, 2015, with four 1 year-option periods through September 30, 2019. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, transportation and all chemicals necessary to provide for full service snow removal and lawn care. NAICS code is 561730. The Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. This is a total Small Business set aside. Solicitation documents shall be available on or about September 05, 2014. Offerors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitations and amendments) via the website: http://www.fbo.gov without further notice from the VA and for monitoring the website for up-date information. All contractors doing business with the Government are required to be registered in the SAM Database: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/ before contract award can be made.
