- SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MEDCOM for the U.S. ARMY FAMILY ADVOCACY SYSTEM OF RECORD (FASOR) THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The solicitation number for this notice is W9124J-14-T-0007. This notice is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine the potential firms capable of providing the services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a Request for Proposal. Feedback is encouraged and appreciated. Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is seeking information on sources to determine capability to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform quote mark U.S. Army Family Advocacy System of Record (FASOR) quote mark as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Army FASOR is a web-based application operating on the Xtendable platform which supports data input, incident determination processes, case management, and program management for the Army Family Advocacy Program. Historically, it has supported 20,000 to 25,000 new incidents per fiscal year. The Contractor shall provide hosting and sustainment for the Army FASOR website inclusive of all software updates, support, and program management to maintain operations and security IAW Army regulations, DOD instructions, and all Information Assurance mandates and protocols. The Contractor shall also provide access (i.e., license and support) to the software application Xtendable to support and maintain Army FASOR. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) contemplated for this requirement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services, with a size standard of $32.5M. However, respondents may identify other potential NAICS codes and the reasoning to support the recommendation. This requirement is a follow-on requirement to W9124J-14-F-0007 and prior to the current contract, W9124J-10-F-0104, W9124J-10-F-F902, W9124J-08-F-0015 and W9124J-07-F-0042. Each of these contracts unrestricted, competitive awards against GSA Federal Supply Schedule to DefenseWeb Technologies, Inc. Since the current capabilities of industry, to include large and small businesses must be confirmed, all eligible large and small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this source sought notice. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought survey. If and when a solicitation is issued, it will be posted on www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. This Sources Sought Synopsis is issued for maximizing competition. INFORMATION REQUESTED TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT: Interested sources shall complete the attached market research questionnaire. It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office the completed market research questionnaire (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12-point font minimum).
