- Clauses Statement of Need- Period of Performance is Date of Award to One Year. SF18- Please return the SF18 with your bid. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NFFP7600-14-02723 Provide JAMF Casper Software Licenses, Support, and Training In Accordance With the Statement of Need. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NFFP7600-14-02723/WSB. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (IV) This procurement is 100% set aside to small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 511210. The size standard is $38.5 Million. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item(s)/services: CLIN 0001: Provide JAMF Casper software licenses, support, and training in accordance with the statement of need. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Statement of Need NFFP7600-14-02723 See Attach Statement of Need End of Statement of Need (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance Date of Delivery: Date of Award to One Year Delivery will be FOB Destination (VIII) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items 2005-76, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (a) is hereby completed as follows: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offers will be evaluated based on price and the factors set forth in the Section 6, FAR 12.601 and FAR 13.106-2, and award will be made to the firm offering the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government in accordance with the Statement of Need. Please refer to the SF18 with Clauses. (IX) The following clauses are also applicable to this acquisition: See Clauses Attachment (X) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price order resulting from this solicitation. (XI) Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 9am Pacific Standard Time on August 19, 2014. All quotes must be faxed or emailed to the attention of Bill Bell.
