- SOLICITATION NOTICE: PROCUREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED. NAICS Code: 236220, Size Standard $33,500,000.00 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Description: Contractors are advised that specification and drawings are considered For Official Use Only (FOUO). They will only be released through the FBO explicit access portal after the interested party downloads and completes a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement - DHS Form 11000-06, found at HSFLGl-14-B-00003_Non-Disclosure Agreement and provide a copy to melissa.koehn@fletc.dhs.gov and sonya.armstrong@dhs.gov. A Planholders list will not be generated by the Government. Vendors are to register on this site. This project will be issued as a competitive sealed bid in accordance with FAR Part 14. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price construction contract. The solicitation package contains the detailed submission requirements and the plans and specifications. Contractors are responsible for checking this website periodically for the solicitation and subsequent amendments. Scheduling of a pre-bid site visit is detailed in the solicitation package. The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia is hereby notifying interested vendors of this Invitation for Bid, IFB, HSFLGL-14-B-00003. The following is intended to disclose the nature and an estimated volume of work in terms of physical characteristics; however, the actual specifications and drawings are provided in the solicitation package. The project includes construction services for the demolition and repair and replacement of existing multiple roof systems, which covers approximately 120,000 square feet and is comprised of several different roof types over multiple buildings. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal and replacement of roof and underlying insulation and fiber board, as required; installation of multi-layer modified bitumen roofing system; removal and replacement of flashing, coping and curbs; installation of metal panels on vertical surfaces above roof; remodeled entrance of building, including new storefront system and doors and replacement of some windows, flashings and coping.
