- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source purchase order to TLC Solutions, Inc., P.O. Box 600764, Saint Johns, FL, 32260-0764 for the purchase of annual software maintenance for network components. TLC Solutions is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this service to the Joint Electronic Warfare Center, San Antonio, TX; which is used by the Air Force Agency. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(ii). Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 22 Aug 2014, 12:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
