Description
FAR Clauses for Boroscope Repair Repair of damaged boroscope. RMA# 2000035539, Model# XLGOA5020, Serial# 1041D0006. The following repairs are required for this boroscope: - The camera assembly is severed from the probe. - The camera assembly has failed. - The fiber optic light guide is broken causing low light transmission through the probe. The probe is 100% below minimum specification. - The articulation section of the probe is crushed. - Damage to the articulation section is causing poor deflections. - The insertion tube is crushed. This damage puts the fiber optic bundle, camera harness and articulation performance at risk. - The articulation section and insertion tube leak. - The probe requires a camera replacement. The measurement tip adapters that are calibrated to this probe will need to be re-calibrated: PXTM56060FG s/n 654. - Software enhancements are available for the system. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses and Department of Labor Wage Rates for Services are included in this agreement and are applicable. Any Questions concerning this order please contact SK3 James Robertson 504-253-4522. Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to beunacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technially acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated.
