- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office(RCO), Alaska intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501, with Johnson Controls, Inc for the service of the METASYS Direct Digital Control System currently in use at the Basset Army Community Hospital. The resulting contract will be for a base plus four 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the acquisition is 334512 with a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or proposals. No solicitation will be issued. The government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the preparation of offers or proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may indentify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
