Description

The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 (e) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.501(a) (1) (ii); test program, SurForce is the only company that has both the expertise and experience to fulfill the requirements of the Government. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with SurForce, LLC, 270 Storke Road, Suite 4, Goleta, CA 93117-2971 for Surface Forces Apparatus. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
