- RFQ N00253-14-T-0422 Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). A firm fixed priced contract will be issued to Crystal Instruments Corporation. 2370 Owen St. Santa Clara, CA, 95054-3210 for a Dynamic Signal Analyzer and services for 7 government owned Dynamic Signal Analyzers. This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial Items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offerors will need to be JCP Certified in order to view the Statement of Work (SOW) posted in FBO as it is Arms Export Controlled. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The solicitation number issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) is N00253-14-T-0422 and is attached to this announcement. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the attached solicitation. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 and has a size standard of 20.5 million in annual receipts. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation.
