- This is an emergency acquisition to obtain a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purpose of repairing: CLIN 0001 NOUN: Temperature Regulating Valve, NSN: 4820-00-931-2314GA, PART NUMBER: 35D10. The quantity or repairs for the Temperature Regulating Valve with NSN: 4820-00-931-2314GA required by the Government is 11 EA. Inspection and acceptance will be at F.O.B. Origin. Routine delivery for all items 60 calendar days after receipt of repairable asset. This is a sole source requirement to Dukes Aerospace, Inc. registered at 9060 Winnetka Avenue, Northridge, CA, 91324-3235. To request a copy of this solicitation, go to www.fbo.gov. Approximate response date is 15 August 2014. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. FA8524-14-Q-0878 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions andclauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular dated 30 January 2014 or the most recent approved and effective version. This notice advises offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Any additional contract requirement (s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. The Defense Priority and Allocation System (DPAS) rating is DO. All responsible sources may be submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency.
