Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, VISN 11 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following items listed below. The associated NAICS code for this is 541690. The vendor will be Next Level of Performance LLC, 821 Bighorn Street, Oviedo, FL 32765. Description of equipment/service requirements: Custom Engineered Aquacube 440: Including FW100EX w/ 120 Micron Screen Self Cleaning Filter, Grundfoss Pump 39PSI TP80-330/2 11Kw 3 Phase Pump, Skid Mounted & 20 Eductor Nozzles; Includes cooling tower ring main. Includes Annual Maintenance Check-up and Telephone Support (8 AM EST- 6 PM EST) effective 12 months from Installation NLP-Processor Project Management, Testing, Use Case and Documentation A firm fixed price contract with no option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
