- Description: Government requires Preventive Maintenance of Liquid Scintillation Analyzer This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR 12 and 13 in accordance with IL 90-99-4 (http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/ils/il99_4.cfm). This procurement will be set aside 100% for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The purpose of the Solicitation is for Preventive Maintenance of Liquid Scintillation Analyzers. At the Miami VAHS'S intention to solicit proposals in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VHA Directive 1663. The electronic solicitation will be announced on or about August 4th 2014. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity 8 - Miami. All questions must be submitted in writing to the following email address: maria.diaz3@va.gov. No Later than 11 August 2014. 2:00pm EST.
