Description

The government requires a contractor to provide and delivery #2 fuel oil to to the MG Oliver O. Howard USARC (ME001), 1072 Minot Ave, Auburn, ME 04210-3797 for a base period of nine (9) months beginning 1 September 2014, or subsequent date of award, plus four, one-year option period. Approximate usage is approximately 3500 gallons per year. The contractor shall complete the tasks as defined in the performance work statement. A single fixed price contract with Economic Price Adjustment shall be made as a result of the solicitation. The contractor shall provide the index that will be used for any EPA adjustments. The solicitation is for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 324110, which has a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Interested offerors are encouraged to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
