- RFQ (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3CTGS4206A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76. (iv) This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920 with a size standard not to exceed 500 employees. (v) 0001- CXT200 Corner Multi-Functional Trainer Open design to allow use of benches, stability balls, etc Dual adjustable cable station for advanced training options including 1/2 in and 1/4 in resistance Two 200lbs steal weight stacks (Or approved equal) See attached Request for Quotation. (vi) Place of Delivery is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and is FOB Destination. (vii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (viii) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government and lowest price. The other factors considered will be the ability to meet the salient characteristics of the items above. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (ix) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Offerors are also reminded to complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. (x) The provisions 52.204-7, 52.211-6, 52.252-1 also apply. (xi) Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable: 52.204-10, 52.209-6, 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 19, 21, 26, 36, 52.223-18, 52.232-33. (xii) Additional FAR clauses that are applicable to this procurement are: 52.212-4, 52.225-13, 52.232-40, 52.247-34, 52.252-2, 6, 52.253-1. (xiii) DFARS Clauses that are applicable to this procurement are: 252.203-7000, 7002, 252.204-7003, 252.209-7993 (DEV), 252.211-7003, 252.225-7001, 252.232-7003. (xiv) AFFARS Clauses that are applicable to this procurement are: 5352.201-9101, 5352.223-9000. (xv) There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating applicable for this procurement. (xvi) All offerors must submit a quote by 1 pm Central Standard Time on Monday, 18 August 2014. Quotes received after that time may not be considered.
