Description

Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) in Minneapolis will be issuing a request for proposals to provide perform Compensation and Pension (C&P) exams to assist the Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA) in making determinations regarding eligibility for Veteran's benefits. The requirement consists of two services. The first service is to perform "Initial PTSD" examinations in the Mental Health Clinic at the Minneapolis VA Health Care Center or via telehealth modalities. The second service is to perform "Review and Initial Mental Health" examinations at the Compensation and Pension Clinic at the Minneapolis VA Health Care Center or via telehealth modalities. A request for proposals, VA263-14-R-2126 will be issued on or about August 5, 2014 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price, IDIQ contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is January 1, 2015 (or date of award) through December 31, 2015, with three (3) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 621330 with a size standard of $7 Million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Applicable (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov
