- The purpose of this amendment is to notify offerors that the Government will host a pre-proposal conference for solicitation W911SR-14-R-0002 for the Common Analytical Laboratory System (CALS) Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) effort on 13 August 2014 at the Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, Berger Auditorium, Building e3549 Building, Edgewood, MD. All companies interested in attending must register no later than close of business on 11 August 2014. Interested companies must provide the following information when registering: Company name, Contact name and title, Contact information, including address, phone number, fax number, and email address Names of no more than three (3) representatives who will attend The registration information shall be sent via e-mail to Ms. Sharon Lattimer-Harris, Sharon.e.lattimer-harris.ctr@mail.mil Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory and will not affect eligibility for potential contract award.
