Description

RFQ Solicitation N00421-14-T-0451 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to University of Central Florida, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The Industrial Egineering and Management Systems (IEMS) Department of the University Of Central Florida (UCF) developed a Probabilistic Sortie Model, and the Government requires improvements upon the Baseline Model developed in Phase One. This is follow-on and UCF is the only known source to provide improvements to the existing model. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil no later than 04:00pm Eastern, 11-Aug-2014.
