Description

The Department of Veterans (VA), Baltimore, Maryland intends to negotiate and award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Easter Seals Greater Washington-Baltimore Region, Inc., 1420 Spring Street, Silver Springs, MD 20910. The purpose of the award is to maintain placement of the Veterans in a facility within close proximity to their home and family. The agreement with Easter Seals Greater Washington- Baltimore, Inc. will provide continuous care and treatment to Veterans according to medical necessity and health requirements. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.301.
