- W912EK-14-T-0105 Repair three (3) gearboxes for Illinois Waterway Project, Peoria, Illinois The contractor shall furnish all services, supplies and delivery as specified in the solicitation scope of work necessary to perform Repair of three (3) gearboxes for Illinois Waterway Project, Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois. The solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 811310 will apply with the size standard of $7,500,000. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government: price only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov on or about 31 July 2014. The date and time for receipt of quotes is by 14 August 2014, 12:00 PM CST. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (FBO) website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
