- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9132T-14-T-0032 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562219, Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The size standard is $3.5 million. This is a small business set a-side. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure one (1) In-Vessel, Aerobic, Continuous-Feed, Rotary Drum Composting System. Please reference the attached written RFQ for all applicable provisions and clauses.
