Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition Please complete and return with the RFQ Please complete and submit the entire packet This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for 2 EA Vertical Lift Modules. Only the brand name and part number required in the RFQ will be considered for award - please see the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC). The brand name and part number required is SencorpWhite, p/n PC2F-157-39-238, to be installed in building 850 at Hill AFB, UT in accordance with the Statement of Work listed in the RFQ. Quoter's must submit a complete RFQ and Technical Questionnaire by the closing date and time in order to be considered for award.
