- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5205-14-Q-TC12; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-76, DPN 20140721, and AFAC 2014-0421. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624190. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is G002. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8322. CLIN 0001: Non-personal service Base Year - Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Services Period of Performance 15 Sep 14 - 14 Sept 15 NTE 1500 hrs Services will be conducted IAW attached PWS CLIN 1001: Non-personal service Option Year - Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Services Period of Performance 15 Sep 15 - 14 Sept 16 NTE 1500 hrs Services will be conducted IAW attached PWS CLIN 2001: Non-personal service Option Year- Protestant Religious Education Coordinator Services Period of Performance 15 Sep 16 - 14 Sept 17 NTE 1500 hrs Services will be conducted IAW attached PWS Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability and price. If multiple offerors meet the minimum evaluation criteria the evaluator will rank offerors based on recency and relevancy of the required qualifications found in the Performance Work Statement Paragraph 4. (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s) The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
