- This is a combined synopsis/solicitaiton for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This action is unrestricted meaning all qualified offerors may submit a response to this solicitation for Request for Quote. The NAICS Code associated with this requisition is 424710, Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals. This is a Request for Quote for purchase and delivery of No. 2 Red Diesel Bulk Fuel for off-road use and Unleaded Gasoline to Two Rivers National Wildlife Refuge, Brussels, Illinois. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision for delivery of No. 2 Red Diesel Bulk fuel for off-road use and unleaded gas. The award will be based on lowest price PER GALLON at the time of quote. Per gallon costs, not fixed price amounts are subject to change without notice. Fuel orders shall be placed at an approved price and quantity for the period of July 30, 2014, through 12/31/2014. Payments will be processed on presentation of approved delivery tickets. This is a total quantity of gallons deliverd Not To Exceed $20,000.
