- Solicitation Attachment A Solicitation Attachment F SF1449 - Leased Vehicles Solicitation Attachment D Solicitation Document Solicitation Attachment E Solicitation Attachment B Solicitation Attachment C This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6, using the Simplified Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS codes for this procurement are 532112, Passenger Car Leasing, 532120, Truck, Utility Trailer, and RV Rental and Leasing, 441110, New Car Dealers. This procurement is not covered by the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Firm-Fixed Pricing for the Monthly Lease is to be proposed by the Offeror. See the information contained in all of the enclosed Attachments. A full description of this requirement is provided in Attachment F and this RFQ. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via e-mail to Procurement@oa.eop.gov.
