Appeal Process Letter Question Form Replace Fire Hydrants Solicitation Document This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. -This acquisition will be set aside 100% for small disadvantaged business concerns. -NAICS: 237110; Size Standard: $33,500,000. -DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. In regards to questions, please see the attached questionnaire form. Please utilize this form to submit all questions. Please submit questions no later than 8 August at 2:00PM (CST). RFQ SUBMISSION INFORMATION: RFQs may be MAILED or HANDCARRIED to: ATTN: SrA Davila, 7 CONS/ LGCA, 381 Third Street, Dyess AFB, TX 79607. You may also EMAIL your RFQs to christopher.davila@us.af.mil.
