- OF-17 DWG SPEC SF 1442 The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations to complete Project No. ZNRE 12-1130A, Maintain Roof, Bldg 4084, Exchange Retail Warehouse (WHSE) Phase I, Yokota AB, Japan. The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility: Construction only project to maintain roofs. Location; Bldg 4084, Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. The Contractor awarded the contract shall perform all necessary work to complete the project in accordance with the specifications. Architectural work includes: a. Apply Acrylic-resin rubber coating for metal roof and gutter of B4084 including surface preparation b. Relocate temporarily stay wire of antennas and install new stay. c. Repair damaged gutter around drains. The estimated amount of the project is: Between ¥103,943,900 ($1,000,000) and ¥519,719,500 ($5,000,000) in accordance with FAR 36.204 (f), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Please e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. Site Visit: The site visit for bidders will be conducted on 6 Aug 14, at 0900 hours. The Government will not provide transportation to participants. Therefore, the participants shall use own vehicles. Hard hat(s)/helmet(s) for their own use will be necessary if they wish to climb ladders. Participants who need to obtain a one-day pass shall make an appointment with the POC in advance (One Day Prior at least). Escorting will be provided only to those who made an apointment in advance at the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) at 0830 hours on 6 Aug 14. Bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you unable to enter the base.
