- The Federal Government currently occupies 18,903 rentable square feet of office and related space at New York, NY under a lease which expires February 6, 2015. The Federal Government intends to extend the lease for a period of 1 year for 18,903 rentable square feet through February 5, 2016. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to extend its current lease to allow enough time to determine the Agency's long term requirements and complete the process for a long term solution.
