Description

This project calls for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the replacement of the kitchen HVAC system to include the steam/heat ventilation, make up air supply, and controls; located in Building 329, at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 795 Willow Road; Menlo Park, CA 94025. IAW VAAR 836.204: The disclosure of the magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
