Site visit questions and answers: Questions from the Generator Site Conference July 25, 2014 9:00 am 1 - Is this a Full Service Contract? Yes this is a Full- Service Contract 2 - All repairs to be included on this contract? Yes, all parts, supplies, tools required are to be furnished by the contractor. Contractor is not responsible for problems that arise from "Act of God" (i.e. Power surges, lighting strikes, war, floods, etc.) Contractor will be responsible for removing all used parts and materials (oil, bearings, etc.) 3 - Does the contract include Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) maintenance? Yes, The Contractor will provide yearly maintenance for the 5 Automatic Transfer Switches. The ATS maintenance will be completed in March, 4 am - 7 am on a day that is approved by COR. The contractor is responsible for shutting off power, completing service, turning power back on while following all the safety requirements. The government will be responsible for verifying all lab and office equipment is operating properly. 4 - How does contractor access the units? The contractor will schedule3 - 5 work days ahead with the COR, a time to complete the service. 5 - How soon does the training certification need to be presented? At the time of actual award. 6 - When does the contractor adjust their labor, mileage, and travel time chart for years #2 and #3? Contractor includes all chart adjustments and price increases on the original bid, labeled accordingly. 7 - The government will have the diesel fill spout relocated to a safer area away from the batteries, and functioning properly before the contrac
