Description
Wage Determinations Appendix C Safety Specifications Appendix A Equipment Listing Performance Work Statement (PWS) solicitation Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a full-and-open competition contract to for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) clothing and equipment, prescription safety glasses, and any incidentals necessary to perform heat treatment of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) Government-owned 4330M Material. The contractor shall heat treat (1) - 3" x 29" x 90" 4330M material to 180-210 KSI to BAC 5617 and BMS 7-122 specifications within 30 days after contract award in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor shall have the capability to Heat Treat the B52 flap track with 0.125" added material left on the roughed out flap track with 1-1/4" tabs around the part. The contractor shall hold a flatness tolerance to +/-0.1 across the entire length of the part. The contractor shall provide hardness testing of 40-44 HRC on the government supplied coupon of 4330M material once heat treated. The contractor shall be Nadcap and AS9100 certified to perform the heat treat requirement. The equipment is listed in Appendix A. Contractor shall submit Nadcap and AS9100 certifications with proposal A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 Sept 2014 through 30 Nov 2014 The estimated award date is 15 August 2014. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.
