- RFP Packet The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide all equipment, supplies and services (including overhead, profit, delivery, taxes and miscellaneous expenses) to renovate room 233-1-1188 from a clean utility room to an Endoscopy processing room. This project will require the demolition of existing casework, lead glazed ceramic wall and floor tile, plumbing fixtures and concrete tub pedestal as well as the installation of new stainless steel casework, stainless steel counter top with 3 integral sinks, electrical and plumbing to support the Endoscopy processing room. Work to be performed at PIMC, Phoenix, Arizona. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Quote (RFQ) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about July 25, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The Offerors are required to submit RFP by email to: bradley.platero@ihs.gov. The RFQ due date is close of business 12:00 pm Phoenix, Arizona Time on August 4, 2014. Late proposals will not be accepted. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 and the Small Business Standard is $33.5 million.
