- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF RFP ISSUANCE. THIS EFFORT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL IN NATURE AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IAW FAR PART 12. Florida National Guard anticipates a competitive acquisition to provide repair of Caterpillar CS5630 Roller. Final Drive requires removal, replacement of gasket/reseal, brake discs and plates; shafts, bearings, housings or additional parts if needed. Upon completion of repairs, Final Drive is to be re-installed. All work to be performed at customer location, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, 5629 State Road West, Starke, FL 32091. All work shall be done in accordance with applicable Army and industry standards, in a professional manner with quality workmanship and products. The contractor and/or contractor's facility will have all permits required by Local, State and Federal regulations All sources capable of providing these services are being sought. In addition to the information provided below entitled quote mark Capabilities Package, quote mark responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811310, Size Standard $7,000,000,000. Sources with Hub Zone, 8(a) status or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged, veteran owned, and woman owned business should address their status in their responses. Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm's capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 10 pages.
