- Questions and Responses Revised Attachment 5 Amendment 0005 July 24, 2014 - The purpose of amendment A0005 is to reestablish the closing date as July 31, 2014 @ 1200 p.m. (noon) Pacific Time; to delete and replace the SF-1449, CLIN Schedule; to delete and replace Section C, Contract Clauses, page 22; to delete and replace Section D, Attachment D.1, PWS (Performance Work Statement); to delete and replace Section E. Solicitation Provisions; to delete and replace Attachment 5 and provide a revised excel version; and to add Attachment 6, Proposal Submission Checklist. There are no other changes as a result of this amendment. Read the posted amendment carefully. Questions and Answers have been posted. If you had previously submitted a proposal, a new proposal will need to be submitted as the Period of Performance has change; as well as other material changes have been made.
