Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI). The Department of Veteran Affairs, Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement for a Service Contract for the Maintenance for a Lumenis Sharplan Laser Unit. The resulting Contract shall be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement. This RFI is to have Contractors have the opportunity to state whether they can enter into a Service Contract for the Maintenance of the equipment stated herein. This RFI) is issued on 7/24/2014 with responses due on 7/28/2014, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Interested parties responding to this RFI shall provide an e-mail response by the due date indicated on the RFI. Only e-mail responses received by the due date will be accepted.
