- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-14-T-0158 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 31 Jul 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75 and DPN 20140721. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 423830. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 through 0007. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. CLIN 0001 --- ROLLING SHELVES / 1 Each CLIN 0002 --- ROLLING SHELVES / 1 Each CLIN 0003 --- ROLLING SHELVES / 1 Each CLIN 0004 --- STATIONARY STEEL RAIL CLIN 0005 --- INSTALLATION CHARGE FOR CLIN 0001 THRU 0004 CLIN 0006 --- CAROUSEL VERTICAL / 5 Each CLIN 0007 --- INSTALLATION CHARGE FOR CLIN 0005 Award will be made in accordance with the FAR Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process (LPTA), to the responsive Offeror whose offer is the lowest price meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards in accordance with the technical specifications in the solicitation. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004Alt I unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
