- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation's Pacific Northwest Regional Office, has a requirement for A-E Construction Oversight Services for the Leavenworth Pipeline Project. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330 and the size standard is $14 million. The Government intends to procure specialized services on a single-source basis, in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The entity to which the Government intends to award is to McMillen, LLC McMillen is the Engineer of Record for the design and will provide construction oversight for the project. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and no solicitation will be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and/or provide a capability statement to Ms. Connie Gordon, Contract Specialist, by email at cgordon@usbr.gov. All capability statements received within 30 days after the publication of this announcement will be considered by Reclamation. A determination by Reclamation not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of Reclamation. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
