- This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Source Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811310- Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. The 925th CCBN and MICC Fort Drum intend to procure Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance for 150 Dumpsters on Fort Drum, NY under a single award, Firm Fixed-Price contract. Fort Drum requires the services of a Contractor in order to clean 150 dumpsters with a pressure washer; install a hasp locking system and paint each container. Some of the duties include: Provide all plant, labor, materials, parts, supervision, and equipment necessary to include but not limited to the following. 1. Wash, clean and remove all debris, garbage and residue currently on each container. 2. Install, apply and affix Hasp locking system to each container. 3. Paint each container. Contractor qualifications shall be submitted with the interest statement. Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 811310: HubZone SB, 8a, Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Woman Owned (WOSB). -DUNS Number -CAGE Code -Proof of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance with at a minimum of two references to substantiate and determine that Contractor is responsible based on previous contracts.
