- Solicitation Number SPE4A5-14-R-0906 is for NSN 1560-00-676-1456 for Tube Assembly, COMPR. FOB Destination and Origin inspection required. Only the products of approved manufacturers are acceptable. OEM is Lockheed Martin P/N 695801-17; approved sources are Arrow Products CAGE 70628 & Senior Operations LLC CAGE 98769. Item is a Navy CSI part. This is an Unrestricted procurement and will result in Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four (4) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP.
