A single delivery of all items will be made at a location specified in the solicitation. The four different part numbers will be packaged separately. Each individual item will be placed in a heat-sealed plastic material. The total quantity of each separate part number will be placed in an outer container that is designed to withstand the rigors of normal ground shipment. Standard markings IAW MIL-STD-130 will be applied to the outer containers. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 08 August 2014. The closing date of the solicitation will be 08 September 2014, unless another date is specified in the solicitation. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from Federal Business Opportunities and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and any associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals, may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. Any questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Ms. Sarah Ferrucci at sarah.ferrucci@navy.mil.
